On July 28, Yang Hua, director of the Social Law Commission of the Guangdong Provincial Committee of the Zhigong Party and member of the Guangdong Provincial CPPCC, and the Zhuhai Municipal Committee of the Zhigong Party and other leaders visited Jinpeng Jiayi (Hengqin) Joint Law Firm (hereinafter referred to as "Jinpeng Jiayi") for investigation and visit, and investigated relevant issues concerning the training of foreign-related legal service personnel. The director of Jinpeng Family, lawyer Xie Peina, and the senior partner, lawyer Liu Shenghua, warmly received the visiting leaders.

For the purposes of giving better play to the role of bridge and link of grass-roots government legislative contact points, further improving the quality of government legislative work, accelerating the construction of a scientific, democratic and law-based legislative mechanism and system, and better giving play to the normative and guiding role of government legislation in administrative management and social governance, the Zhuhai Judicial Bureau held an exchange forum on the work of grass-roots government legislative contact points at the Zhuhai Foreign-related Public Legal Service Center on the afternoon of May 30, 2023. The symposiums were attended by Li Kai, Deputy Director of the Zhuhai Judicial Bureau, Wu Zhen, Executive Director and Director of the Foreign-related Center, Wang Weina, Chief of the First Legislative Section of the Zhuhai Judicial Bureau, Li Yuan, Deputy Chief of the First Legislative Section of the Zhuhai Judicial Bureau, and other leaders. The director of the Institute, Mr. Xie Peina, and the senior partner, Mr. Liu Shenghua, were invited to attend the exchange forum.

On May 19th, Li Ruxiong, the full-time deputy secretary of the Zhuhai Lawyer Industry Party Committee, Shi Shanshan, a member of the Zhuhai Lawyer Industry Party Committee and director of the Zhuhai Lawyer Industry Party Committee Office, Wang Lingxiang, the deputy director of the Zhuhai Lawyer Industry Party Committee Office, and Wu Hui, the secretary of the Zhuhai Lawyer Industry Party Committee Office, visited our institute for research and guidance. Lawyer Liu Shenghua, Secretary of the Party Branch and Senior Partner of our institute, Lawyer Xie Peina, Deputy Chairman of the Legal Affairs Branch of the Zhuhai Municipal Committee of the Democratic Revolution and Executive Director of the law firm, Lawyer Chen Xiaofei, a party member, and intern lawyer Li Xue warmly welcomed the leadership of the Party committee and jointly participated in the research and discussion.

In order to further strengthen the construction of lawyer professional ethics, standardize lawyer practice behavior, prevent practice risks, and be a good lawyer who satisfies the Party and the people, our law firm organized a special study for all lawyers and intern lawyers on the afternoon of May 12th. Lawyer Liu Shenghua, Secretary of the Party Branch and Senior Partner of the law firm, will lecture on lawyer professional ethics and lawyer practice behavior standards.

On April 28, 2023, the Zhuhai Municipal Bureau of Justice, the Zhuhai Lawyers Association, the Zhuhai Law Office, and the Zhuhai Federation of Trade Unions jointly launched the "Industry First" Law Popularization Action and Enterprise Employee Training "Million Tour" in Zhuhai. Lawyer Huang Hongfang from our firm was invited to give a special lecture on the "Consumer Rights Protection Law of the People's Republic of China" for Zhuhai Meibei Ya Precision Mada Co., Ltd.

In order to deepen the study and implementation of the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and further enhance the ideological and political literacy and comprehensive quality of female lawyers in our province, from April 1st to 3rd, the Guangdong Lawyers Association held the 2023 Guangdong Female Lawyers Advanced Training Course on "Learning and Implementing the Spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and Being a Good Lawyer Satisfying the Party and the People" in Qingyuan City. Lawyer Huang Hongfang from our institute attended the seminar.
