 Lawyer António Lobo Vilela graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon in 1995 and obtained a master's degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 2021. He is proficient in Portuguese and English and has been practicing law since 2011, possessing profound professional expertise and an international perspective.

Lawyer António Lobo Vilela is not only a qualified lawyer in Portugal but also in Brazil. He has an extensive professional resume. From 1996 to 2015, he successively served as a legal advisor for institutions including: Banco Atlântico in Lisbon, Portugal; the Legal Translation Office of the Macao SAR Government; the Legal Affairs Bureau of the Macao SAR Government; the Commission for the First Public Bidding for the Grant of Concessions for the Operation of Lucky Wagering in Casinos of the Macao SAR Government; the Macao Gaming Commission; the Commission for the Redefinition and Modernization of the Institutional and Financial Framework for Gambling Activities in Angola; Macao-based consulting firms; and Macao gaming advisory companies. From 2012 to 2015, he worked as a consultant at LVT Law Firm in Macao. From 2016 to 2020, he served as a consultant in the Office of the Secretary for Economy and Finance of the Macao SAR Government. Since 2021, Lawyer António Lobo Vilela has specialized in advising on gaming and gaming-related matters, holding in-depth and unique insights into gaming legal affairs.
