The 2023 Annual Summary Conference of Jinpeng Jiayi (Hengqin) Joint Venture Law Firm, under the theme of "Unity, Unity, Development, and Win Win", was successfully held on February 2nd. Overall Work Summary

1. At the beginning of the meeting, Lawyer Xie Peina, the director of Jinpeng Family, summarized the work of the law firm in 2023 and pointed out the hopeful goals for 2024. Looking back at 2023, Lawyer Xie first introduced the 31 year history of Jinpeng and the two-year achievements of Jinpeng's family. In 2023, a preferential management fee scheme for practicing lawyers was formulated, attracting multiple new lawyers to join. At the same time, more lawyers from the Greater Bay Area have been introduced to practice in the Jinpeng family, enriching the legal resources of Jinpeng family in the Greater Bay Area. In 2023, a total of three interns passed strict assessments and officially became practicing lawyers. In the past year, the Jinpeng family has achieved significant results in multiple fields, with personnel, performance, and team gradually increasing; Chen Huaqiang, a lawyer from the Jinpeng family in the Greater Bay Area, became the first Greater Bay Area lawyer to hold a trial at the Hengqin Court, truly achieving cooperation between Guangdong and Macao.

   

   Finally, Director Xie stated that in 2024, Jinpeng Jiayi will continue to adhere to the professional and standardized service concept, strive to improve service quality and level, and provide customers with better and more efficient legal services. At the same time, we will also increase our exploration and practice of industry modernization and internationalization, injecting more vitality and dynamism into the sustainable development of the firm.

2.
