2. Provide legal services for litigation or arbitration in disputes related to contracts in the field of construction engineering, including settlement of project prices, cost claims, project quality, priority compensation rights for project prices, and contract effectiveness;

3. Provide litigation or non litigation legal services for infringement disputes related to construction projects.
