In order to deepen the study, promotion, and implementation of the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, on November 8th, Chen Xudong, Deputy Director of the Provincial Office of Rule of Law, Secretary of the Provincial Department of Justice, and Director of the Provincial Department of Justice, visited the Zhuhai Foreign Public Legal Service Center, relevant law firms, and the Legal Affairs Bureau of the Hengqin Guangdong Macao Deep Cooperation Zone to conduct research and discussions, preaching the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. The Zhuhai Public Legal Service Center for Foreign Affairs was officially launched and put into operation in December 2021. It is jointly built and shared by the Zhuhai Municipal Bureau of Justice, the Hengqin Guangdong Macao Deep Cooperation Zone Legal Affairs Bureau, the Hengqin Working Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, and the Political and Legal Affairs Office of the Hengqin Office of the Provincial Government, in collaboration with various sectors in Macau, to meet the growing demand for legal services in the Hengqin Guangdong Macao Deep Cooperation Zone, and to build a gathering place for foreign legal service elements in the Greater Bay Area, Promote the legal service industry in Zhuhai and Macao to better benefit enterprises and facilitate the people. Chen Xudong has a detailed understanding of the center's exploration of rules and regulations for foreign-related legal services, building a new highland for foreign-related legal services, and promoting the integration of cross-border legal environments. He emphasized that we must always have the "great of the country" in mind, and in accordance with the important requirements of the report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, such as "promoting the construction of the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area, supporting Hong Kong and Macao to better integrate into the overall development of the country, and playing a better role in achieving the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation", we must adhere to serving the overall situation, and deeply promote major national strategies such as the "dual zones" of rule of law protection and the construction of the three major platforms in Hengqin, Qianhai, and Nansha. At the Jinpeng Family (Hengqin) Joint Law Firm, Chen Xudong listened to the work introduction of the head of the law firm, had a friendly conversation with young lawyers from Guangdong and Macao, learned about their practice situation and experience, and asked them about their feelings, opinions, and suggestions on obtaining professional qualifications for practicing lawyers in Hong Kong and Macao, as well as conducting pilot legal practice and business development in the mainland nine cities of the Greater Bay Area.
