In order to enhance the professional proficiency of the lawyer team in the field of cross-border law and delve deeply into the practical application of Macao inheritance law, KINGPOUND KAYUI (Hengqin) Joint-Venture Law Firm successfully held a special training session titled "Hot Topics and Practices in Macao Inheritance" on April 28, 2025. This training session was lectured by Ms. Tan Wanying, a lawyer in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area from our firm, and attracted the active participation of many lawyers and trainee lawyers from KINGPOUND KAYUI.

On April 15, 2025, it was the tenth National Security Education Day for the Public. In order to thoroughly implement the overall national security concept and enhance the national security awareness of students and villagers, recently, Lawyer Zhou Lihong from our law firm was invited by Zhuhai Soka Technology Technical School, Shashi Village in Baijiao Town, Doumen District, Zhuhai City, and Dahu Community in Pingsha Town, Jinwan District, Zhuhai City. She respectively gave lectures on the publicity of national security-related laws and regulations and national security education to teachers, students and villagers.

With the increasing emphasis on legal education in the context of the rule of law, in order to enhance the legal awareness of minors and create a favorable campus legal environment, on March 31, 2025, Lawyer Huang Hongfang, a partner of KINGPOUND KAYUI (Hengqin) Joint-Venture Law Firm, was cordially invited by Ronghong Academy to give a unique law popularization lecture to the students in the first grade of junior high school. This lecture was themed "The Protection of Minors: Starting from the Innocence of Children's Words". Through in-depth and easy-to-understand explanations, it guided the students to learn how to use legal weapons to protect themselves in daily life.

On March 25, 2025, the Guangdong Lawyers Association issued the "Notice on Publicly Announcing the List of the Sixth Batch of Foreign-related Law Firm Pool and Foreign-related Lawyer Talent Pool in Guangdong Province". After the public announcement period, Lawyer Li Xiaohu and Lawyer Ou Guangen from KINGPOUND KAYUI (Hengqin) Joint-Venture Law Firm have successfully been selected into the Sixth Batch of the Talent Pool of Promising Foreign-related Lawyers in Guangdong Province.

On March 20th, a highly significant Huiao Policy Presentation Conference - a special legal lecture on the "Lightning Rod" Guide for Macao Neighborhood Associations was successfully held, building a communication bridge between Macao residents and the policies and laws of the Chinese mainland. Lawyer Huang Hongfang, a partner of our firm and a lawyer included in the lawyer pool of the Foreign-related Legal Service Center, was invited by the Foreign-related Public Legal Service Center to bring a sharing session full of valuable information for Macao residents.

In order to further enhance the safety awareness of the kindergarten and improve the self-protection ability of the children, on March 21st, Lawyer Huang Hongfang, a partner of KINGPOUND KAYUI (Hengqin) Joint-Venture Law Firm, was invited by Haiwan Kindergarten in Xiangzhou District, Zhuhai City to share some basic legal knowledge with the children in the middle class group. Lawyer Huang Hongfang entered the campus in the capacity of a parent volunteer teacher, bringing an interesting enlightenment journey of legal knowledge to the children.

In order to standardize the interview assessment work for those applying for a lawyer's practice license and ensure the fairness and professionalism of the selection of examiners, in accordance with the instructions of the leaders of the Zhuhai Lawyers Association, the Working Committee for the Management of Applicants for Lawyer's Practice Licenses (hereinafter referred to as the "Solicitor Admission Committee") and the Secretariat have verified the qualifications of the examiners. The total number of examiners included in the examiner pool is 116, who will undertake the relevant work of the interview assessment for applicants for a lawyer's practice license. Among them, Lawyer Xie Peina, Executive Director of KINGPOUND KAYUI (Hengqin) Joint-Venture Law Firm, and Lawyer Huang Hongfang, a partner of the firm, have been successfully selected.

From March 4th to 10th, 2025, the Third Session of the 14th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) was grandly held in the Great Hall of the People in Beijing. This session focused on the country's major development plans. Centering around the decision-making and arrangements of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and closely following the central tasks of the Party and the country, it gathered wisdom and strength for promoting Chinese-style modernization.
