On the morning of December 28, 2023, the second general meeting of the Second Industrial Financial Services Association of Jinwan District, Zhuhai was successfully held. On the afternoon of December 11, the Jinpeng Family Association held an internal sharing lecture on the Judicial Interpretation of the General Principles of Civil Code Contracts, and all lawyers and trainee lawyers actively participated in the lecture.

In order to meet the needs of lawyers' colleagues in carrying out equity financing business in enterprises in the Greater Bay Area, analyze the legal risk control methods for the protection of shareholders' rights in equity financing, effectively prevent legal risks and exchange practical experience, on November 25, under the guidance of the Zhuhai Lawyers Association, the Business Training Meeting on "Discussing the Protective Restrictions on the Rights of Shareholders in Two Places" organized by the Legal Professional Committee for Investment, Financing and Mergers and Acquisitions of the Zhuhai Lawyers Association was successfully held in Jinpeng Jiayi (Hengqin) Joint Law Firm. On July 28, Yang Hua, director of the Social Law Commission of the Guangdong Provincial Committee of the Zhigong Party and member of the Guangdong Provincial CPPCC, and the Zhuhai Municipal Committee of the Zhigong Party and other leaders visited Jinpeng Jiayi (Hengqin) Joint Law Firm (hereinafter referred to as "Jinpeng Jiayi") for investigation and visit, and investigated relevant issues concerning the training of foreign-related legal service personnel. On May 19th, Li Ruxiong, the full-time deputy secretary of the Zhuhai Lawyer Industry Party Committee, Shi Shanshan, a member of the Zhuhai Lawyer Industry Party Committee and director of the Zhuhai Lawyer Industry Party Committee Office, Wang Lingxiang, the deputy director of the Zhuhai Lawyer Industry Party Committee Office, and Wu Hui, the secretary of the Zhuhai Lawyer Industry Party Committee Office, visited our institute for research and guidance. On April 28, 2023, the Zhuhai Municipal Bureau of Justice, the Zhuhai Lawyers Association, the Zhuhai Law Office, and the Zhuhai Federation of Trade Unions jointly launched the "Industry First" Law Popularization Action and Enterprise Employee Training "Million Tour" in Zhuhai.
