I'm a Rights Little Warrior! Lawyer Huang Hongfang, partner of our law firm, offers a "compulsory course" on rights protection to families from Qinzhou and Macao.
On October 26th, Lawyer Huang Hongfang, a partner of our law firm, was invited to visit the Qin-Ao Parent-Child Activity Center of the Guangdong Office of the Macao Women's General Association. There, she delivered a themed promotional lecture titled "I'm a Rights Little Warrior – How Much Do You Know About Family Rights", bringing a vivid and practical legal science popularization feast to the parent-child families present.

At the beginning of the lecture, Lawyer Huang Hongfang used the analogy that "a family is a small boat sailing on the sea, and parents are co-captains", which instantly narrowed the distance with the audience. When talking about equality between husband and wife, she raised a question based on the common scenario of "a mother is exhausted from going to work and taking care of the children, while the father refuses to share the housework". She clearly pointed out that "husbands and wives are equal in status before the law, and family responsibilities should be shared jointly".
Unlike the one-way dissemination of traditional legal popularization, this lecture specifically took into account children's cognitive perspective. Lawyer Huang Hongfang designed the content based on the concept of "a little warrior passing through challenges", making the legal rights of minors intuitive and easy to understand.

During the on-site interaction, children actively raised their hands to share that "they would tell teachers and parents if they encounter something uncomfortable". Parents also took notes of key points such as "husbands and wives should manage the family on an equal basis" and "respecting children's right to participate". The atmosphere of parent-child co-learning among Qin-Ao families was particularly lively.
At the end of the lecture, Lawyer Huang Hongfang also provided a "practical guide" to the Qin-Ao parent-child families: she advised children to "learn knowledge, dare to speak up, and know how to seek help", and reminded parents to "set an example, understand the law, and communicate more". She stated, "Qin-Ao families need legal knowledge that is more tailored to their cross-border lives. In the future, I also hope to hold more such activities to make the law a 'safety net' that safeguards the happiness of Qin-Ao families."

In the future, KINGPOUND KAYUI LAW FIRM will continue to collaborate with various social public welfare organizations to carry out more legal popularization activities that are close to people's livelihoods. It will empower family happiness with professional legal services and contribute to promoting the construction of a law-based society.
