To further enhance our firm’s professional capabilities in family legal services, conduct an in-depth analysis of the practical application and collaborative logic of the three core businesses—intentional guardianship, special needs trusts, and will notarization, and clarify the professional positioning and cooperation models between notary public offices and lawyers in complex legal matters, our firm successfully held a special lecture on Practical Combined Solutions for Intentional Guardianship, Special Needs Trusts and Will Notarization on the afternoon of March 16.

The lecture was hosted by Lawyer Huang Hongfang, a partner of our firm. We specially invited Deputy Director Ma Guodong and Director Assistant Zhong Yuanshan from Guangzhou Nanyue Notary Public Office to deliver keynote speeches. All colleagues of our firm participated in the study both online and offline simultaneously.

At the beginning of the lecture, Moderator Lawyer Huang Hongfang, on behalf of the law firm, extended a warm welcome to Deputy Director Ma Guodong and Director Assistant Zhong Yuanshan for their presence, and briefly introduced the background, theme and learning significance of the lecture. She stated that intentional guardianship, special needs trusts and will notarization are key businesses in the current fields of family legal services and wealth management. It is hoped that this professional sharing will further strengthen the collaboration between lawyers and notary institutions and improve the firm’s overall professional service level.

This special sharing session was divided into two parts: **themed lectures** and **interactive discussions**. First, Deputy Director Ma Guodong gave a systematic explanation on the institutional connotations, practical key points and operational standards of intentional guardianship, special needs trusts and will notarization. Combining with notarial practice, he interpreted in depth the key nodes and risk control points in the business process. Afterwards, Director Assistant Zhong Yuanshan shared in detail the combined application, practical implementation and compliance requirements of the three types of businesses based on typical cases. The content was featured with both theoretical depth and practical value.

During the discussion session, the participating lawyers had in-depth exchanges with the two notary experts on the doubts and difficulties encountered in their daily practice.

Everyone actively raised questions and held enthusiastic discussions focusing on the applicable scenarios of the services, the cooperation model between notaries and lawyers, and risk prevention, creating a strong learning atmosphere.

The participants all remarked that the lecture was targeted and practical, which effectively broadened their professional horizons and provided important guidance for the provision of relevant legal services in the future.

The successful holding of this special lecture has further consolidated the professional foundation of our lawyers in the fields of family legal services, wealth inheritance, will notarization and other related areas, and established an efficient communication and cooperation platform between lawyers and notary institutions.
