Jinpeng Jiayi (Hengqin) Joint Law Firm Conducts Special Training on Practicing Risks for Young Lawyers

At a time when the lawyer industry is booming, young lawyers, as a new force in the industry, have drawn much attention to their growth and development. In order to enhance the risk prevention awareness of young lawyers and help them start their practice career steadily, on January 10, 2025, Jinpeng Jiayi (Hengqin) Joint Law Firm carried out a special training on the practice risk of young lawyers, with the active participation of Jinpeng Jiayi young lawyers and trainee lawyers. The training was conducted by Zhou Lihong, a lecturer of our firm, bringing a full supply of practice risk training for young lawyers.

During the training, she combined her rich professional experience to analyze in simple terms all kinds of risks that young lawyers may encounter in the course of practice from the aspects of punishment and punishment of violations of regulations, violations of laws and regulations, risks at the entrustment stage and risks at the litigation agency stage. From the omission of details in the principal-agent relationship to the bearing of attorney fees; From the notification and preparation of the hearing, to the normative requirements for evidence collection and preservation, to the potential pitfalls in communication and cooperation with clients, a clear "map" of practice risks has been teased out for young lawyers in an all-round and multi-faceted manner.

In the course of explanation, Lawyer Zhou Lihong not only pointed out the problems, but also paid attention to imparting coping strategies and solutions. For each type of risk point, she has given practical preventive suggestions and coping skills, guided young lawyers to establish correct professional concepts, strictly abide by professional ethics, and develop rigorous and meticulous work habits in their daily work.

The atmosphere at the training site was warm, and the young lawyers were engrossed in it, carefully recorded the main points, and actively communicated with lawyer Zhou Lihong. Everyone asked questions about the confusion and doubts they encountered in the early stage of their practice. Lawyer Zhou Lihong patiently answered them one by one, gave professional guidance and suggestions, and expressed that they had been very fruitful.
