For the purposes of further strengthening the construction of the foreign-related lawyer talent team in Guangdong Province and improving the legal service ability of Guangdong lawyers in the field of foreign-related intellectual property protection and digital economy, from October 9, 2024 to October 18, 2024, the Guangdong Foreign-related Lawyer Talent Seminar, sponsored by the Department of Justice of Guangdong Province and the Guangdong Lawyers Association and undertaken by the China University of Political Science and Law, on Foreign-related Intellectual Property Rights and Digital Economy Law, was held in Beijing. Zheng Zhou, Deputy Director of the Lawyers Work Management Office of the Department of Justice of Guangdong Province, Song Nailong, Executive Dean of the Central School of Political Science and Law of China University of Political Science and Law and Dean of the School of Continuing Education, Zheng Yongji, Executive Deputy Dean of the Central School of Political Science and Law of China University of Political Science and Law, attended the opening ceremony. A total of 120 foreign-related lawyers from all places in Guangdong Province attended the training. Among them, the lawyer Feng Yuan of Jinpeng Jiayi (Hengqin) Joint Law Firm attended and successfully completed his studies.
The course content of this seminar focuses on the practical training of foreign-related intellectual property protection and digital economy, and experts and scholars with rich teaching experience and practical experience are invited to give lectures, including the Agreement on Trade Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights (TRIPs), 337 Investigation and Response, cross-border data compliance, artificial intelligence legal compliance, data transaction risk and compliance, legal protection of the digital economy, the significance and scope of data rights, and the application of legal science and technology in the digital economy era, so as to improve the legal service ability of Guangdong lawyers in the context of the rapid development of the digital economy.
At the end of the ten day training, Lawyer Feng Yuan said that the goods are full of dry goods.
