Jinpeng Jiayi (Hengqin) Joint Venture Law Firm conducts themed training on lawyer professional ethics and practice discipline

In order to strengthen the education on professional ethics and practice discipline of lawyers, further enhance the awareness of risk prevention in lawyer practice, and improve the quality of legal services provided by lawyers, on the afternoon of July 5, 2024, Jinpeng Jiayi (Hengqin) Joint Venture Law Firm conducted a themed training on lawyer professional ethics and practice discipline. The training was given by our party branch secretary and senior partner, Lawyer Liu Shenghua, and all lawyers and intern lawyers participated in the training.

Lawyer Liu Shenghua first emphasized the importance and significance of this training. Lawyer professional ethics and practice discipline are the bottom line that lawyers must abide by in their practice. All lawyers should continuously enhance their consciousness and initiative in learning lawyer professional ethics and practice discipline, practice with integrity and in accordance with the law, provide efficient and high-quality professional legal services for clients, and safeguard social fairness and justice.

Lawyer Liu Shenghua talked about five aspects: common lawyer violations, publicity and promotion, prohibition of risk agency, requirements for issuing lawyer letters, and precautions for lawyer witnessing. Lawyer Liu Shenghua interacted and exchanged ideas with the attending lawyers, creating a lively atmosphere on site.
