Lawyer Xie Peina, Executive Director of Jinpeng Jiayi Joint Venture, was invited to announce the Company Law

On the morning of May 28, 2024, the Seventh Meeting of the First Council of Foshan Integrated Development Association was successfully held in Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center. As an executive vice president unit, the Institute was invited to attend the meeting. At the meeting, the executive director, lawyer Xie Peina, shared with the participants the provisions on shareholders, promoters, directors, supervisors and actual controllers in the new company law, which was well received by the participants.

The Company Law is formulated in accordance with the Constitution to regulate the organization and conduct of companies, protect the legitimate rights and interests of companies, shareholders, employees and creditors, improve the modern enterprise system with Chinese characteristics, promote entrepreneurship, maintain social and economic order and promote the development of the socialist market economy.

As the executive vice president unit of Foshan Integrated Development Association, the Institute will continue to actively participate in the activities carried out by the Association, provide professional opinions and decision-making for the Association, and will continue to strive to provide high-quality financial legal services.
