In order to do a good job in the construction of enterprise compliance, let it give full play to the role of "pillar" and "stabilizer" in the development of enterprises. On January 20, 2024, Huang Hongfang, a lawyer of our firm, was invited by Zhuhai Security Group Co., Ltd. to train the grass-roots project managers of the group in How to Do a Good Job in the Compliance Management of State-owned Enterprises. There were more than 65 participants in this training.
Lawyer Huang Hongfang explained from four aspects: the development process of the construction of compliance management in state-owned enterprises, the framework of the compliance management system for state-owned enterprises 2.0, the difficulties in the construction of compliance management in state-owned enterprises, and the strengthening and implementation of the current construction of compliance management in state-owned enterprises. Combined with typical cases in life, the legal risks of non-compliance are analyzed.
