On March 21, 2023, our director, Lawyer Xie Peina, was invited by Guangzhou Guangzheng Investment Management Co., Ltd. to attend the "Technology Innovation Driven Development Special Sharing Meeting" at the R&D Center of Guangzheng Technology Industrial Park.
Lawyer Xie Peina shared the considerations for technology companies planning to raise funds through an IPO.Lawyer Xie emphasized that under the comprehensive registration system, enterprises need to "strengthen their own hard" to go public through IPO, and need to standardize as soon as possible, and have a "compliance thinking" of IPO in advance.
Lawyer Xie communicated and interacted with the attendees on the teaching content.
