In order to meet the needs of lawyers' colleagues in carrying out equity financing business in enterprises in the Greater Bay Area, analyze the legal risk control methods for the protection of shareholders' rights in equity financing, effectively prevent legal risks and exchange practical experience, on November 25, under the guidance of the Zhuhai Lawyers Association, the Business Training Meeting on "Discussing the Protective Restrictions on the Rights of Shareholders in Two Places" organized by the Legal Professional Committee for Investment, Financing and Mergers and Acquisitions of the Zhuhai Lawyers Association was successfully held in Jinpeng Jiayi (Hengqin) Joint Law Firm. The executive director of our firm and the deputy director of the Investment and Merger Committee of the Legal Association, Mr. Xie Peina, presided over the meeting.

On July 28, Yang Hua, director of the Social Law Commission of the Guangdong Provincial Committee of the Zhigong Party and member of the Guangdong Provincial CPPCC, and the Zhuhai Municipal Committee of the Zhigong Party and other leaders visited Jinpeng Jiayi (Hengqin) Joint Law Firm (hereinafter referred to as "Jinpeng Jiayi") for investigation and visit, and investigated relevant issues concerning the training of foreign-related legal service personnel. For the purposes of giving better play to the role of bridge and link of grass-roots government legislative contact points, further improving the quality of government legislative work, accelerating the construction of a scientific, democratic and law-based legislative mechanism and system, and better giving play to the normative and guiding role of government legislation in administrative management and social governance, the Zhuhai Judicial Bureau held an exchange forum on the work of grass-roots government legislative contact points at the Zhuhai Foreign-related Public Legal Service Center on the afternoon of May 30, 2023. The symposiums were attended by Li Kai, Deputy Director of the Zhuhai Judicial Bureau, Wu Zhen, Executive Director and Director of the Foreign-related Center, Wang Weina, Chief of the First Legislative Section of the Zhuhai Judicial Bureau, Li Yuan, Deputy Chief of the First Legislative Section of the Zhuhai Judicial Bureau, and other leaders. On May 19th, Li Ruxiong, the full-time deputy secretary of the Zhuhai Lawyer Industry Party Committee, Shi Shanshan, a member of the Zhuhai Lawyer Industry Party Committee and director of the Zhuhai Lawyer Industry Party Committee Office, Wang Lingxiang, the deputy director of the Zhuhai Lawyer Industry Party Committee Office, and Wu Hui, the secretary of the Zhuhai Lawyer Industry Party Committee Office, visited our institute for research and guidance.
