António Lobo Vilela has successively served as a legal consultant at Banco Atlântico in Lisbon, Portugal; the Legal Translation Office of the Macao Special Administrative Region Government; the Legal Affairs Bureau of the Macao Special Administrative Region Government; the Committee for the First Public Tender for the Grant of Concessions for the Operation of Casino Games of Fortune in the Macao Special Administrative Region; the Gaming Commission of the Macao Special Administrative Region; the Commission for the Restructuring and Modernization of the Institutional and Financial Framework of Gambling Activities in Angola; Macao consulting companies; and Macao gaming consulting companies.
