Have extensive litigation experience in disputes regarding construction projects, technology contract transfers, sales contracts, property service contracts, private lending contracts, intellectual property rights, and labor disputes.

Be familiar with the workflow of bankruptcy liquidation operations, including but not limited to taking over debtors, preparing materials for creditors' meetings, organizing and convening creditors' meetings, reviewing creditor's rights declaration materials, writing periodic work reports, and handling a series of derivative litigations in bankruptcy cases.

Participated in the special legal service work of fair competition review within the scope designated by the consultant unit of the Zhuhai Municipal Government for two consecutive years and wrote relevant reports.
